Cybersecurity Consulting
Independent guidance to understand your risk and decide what to do about it.
The Challenge
Most small and mid-sized businesses don't have a dedicated security team, and most security advice is written for companies that do. That leaves a gap: you know security matters, but not which risks actually apply to your business, which ones are worth acting on first, or whether a given recommendation is genuinely necessary or just something a vendor is selling.
FAQs
Answers to common questions about working with us.
How long does an engagement take?
It depends on the size and complexity of your environment. We'll give you a clear estimate before anything starts, based on an initial conversation.
Do we need to buy new software or tools first?
No. We assess what you already have before recommending anything, and we won't recommend a tool or product you don't need.
We don't have an IT department. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Many of our clients don't. We work directly with whoever manages your systems today, whether that's an owner, an office manager, or an outside contractor.
What happens after the engagement ends?
You keep the assessment and roadmap either way. Some clients handle the recommended changes themselves; others ask us back for a Security Architecture Review once changes are in place, to confirm things line up.
Clear Written Assessment

Prioritized Risks
A prioritized list of risks specific to your business, not a generic template.
Right-Sized Recommendations
